John Van Vleet has been in the electrical field since 1971. He is originally from New Jersey and completed his apprenticeship with the IBEW Local 102, in Parsippany New Jersey. He has spent 10+ years in residential electrical field and 30+ years in commercial electrical field for the union. John has built several new homes and rebuilt a dozen homes and sold them. Stephen Parella has been in the residential home building field since 2006. As an owner/partner/consultant in this field, he has assisted in many extensive home renovations and in the building of estate homes in Southampton NY. Steve has been a resident of Florida for the past 40+ years and has a vast knowledge of home building practices throughout both the east and west coast of Florida. As a Florida Licensed Inspector Steve has the knowledge and ability necessary to ensure your inspection is done correctly and to ensure complete client satisfaction.
A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. On average, a single-family home inspection usually takes 2-4 hours to complete, though this is heavily dependent on the size and condition of the home. After the inspection process, the inspector will send the client an inspection report (often within 24-48 hours) that covers their findings, complete with pictures, analysis and recommendations.
